 Q: How long has TCB been in business?
   A: TCB Firearms was founded in March 2008, we are family owned and operated.

 Q: Where is your shop?
   A: Our shop is located among the residences of San Tan Valley. We do not have a store front, but do welcome visitors by appointment.

 Q: Where in the heck is San Tan Valley?
   A: While technically we are part of the Phoenix metropolitan area, we are considered part of the South East Valley. We are about 1 hour from downtown Phoenix.

 Q: What is Kydex?
   A: KYDEX is a line of thermoplastic acrylic-polyvinyl chloride alloy sheet. Basicaly it is a very strong, light-weight, formable plastic that is resistant to oils, dyes and chemicals.

 Q: Will my holster look exactly like the photograph?
   A: While the overall apperance will be similar, each holster is hand-formed and hand-made. This creates variations in each holster, and allows us to create your custom requested designs with no additional charges in many cases.

 Q: I have a great idea for a Custom Kydex "enter idea here", can you do it?
   A: In most cases YES. We love new things and one off projects.

 Q: I have a handgun, or knife that is not listed on you site, can I still get a holster or sheath?
   A: Absolutely! We have a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and are able to legally receive and ship firearms throughout the US. If you are local feel free to drop off at the shop, or contact us if shipping is required?

 Q: Why should we shop TCB over "insert company name here"?
   A: Our products are that good! On top of our much shorter lead times, when dealing with TCB you are dealing with a family that doesn't just talk service, it is a way of life for us. We have ties to Fire, Police, and most of the United States Armed Forces. If you ever have an issue, feel free to call or e-mail us and you will be dealing with the owner operators only.

 Q: Can you ship internationally?
   A: In some cases yes, contact us for details if you need a shipping quote.
